This machine is primarily composed of an awl-like bowl, a carrier, a planetary differential device, a case and a chassis base, etc. The bowl is installed holrizontally on the chassis base through shaft, and is connected to the outer case of the differential edvice. The scroll-carrier is installed inside the bowl through the bearing, which is then connected through outer spline to the spline inside of output bearing of the differential device. Led by motor, the bowl rotates together with the outer case of the differential device, due to the speed charnge function of the differential device, the scrool-carrier rotates in the same diretion with the bowl. The suspended liquid is fed into the material calin through the inlet, then enters the bowl after initial speeding. Under the centrifugal force, the suspended liquid inside the bowl is soon split into two parts, the solid is left onto the walls of the bowl to form a layer of sediments, while theliquid form a layer of separated liquid. They go in opposite directions under the centrifugal force. The sediments are sent back to the awl-like bowl for further dewatering and then discharge through solid outlet, the separated liquid discharges through liquid outlet.
